About the Role

TawanTech is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time position involves designing, developing, and enhancing high-quality frontend applications. The role focuses on delivering secure, responsive, and user-friendly digital experiences, ensuring alignment with technical standards, architecture, and business requirements.

Purpose of the Position

The Senior Frontend Engineer is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex features, from UI design handoff through production release. This includes translating UI/UX designs and business requirements into functional, accessible interfaces, and ensuring applications meet performance, security, accessibility, and cross-platform compatibility standards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain responsive, high-performing frontend applications using React and React Native.
Build reusable components and shared libraries to improve consistency across products.
Integrate frontend applications with backend services, APIs, and third-party platforms.
Apply client-side security practices for authentication, session handling, and sensitive data.
Manage mobile release cycles across App Store and Google Play, including native build configuration.
Conduct code reviews and uphold frontend engineering standards across the squad.
Troubleshoot complex frontend and device-specific issues and implement durable fixes.
Optimize application performance, usability, and maintainability.
Support automated testing, CI/CD, and production issue resolution.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in frontend engineering.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the Riyadh Province. The role involves working within a team to deliver robust digital experiences.
