Senior Functional Support Analyst Finastra Trade Innovation

About the Role

DXC Technology is seeking a Senior Functional Support Analyst Finastra Trade Innovation to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves providing functional support for Finastra Trade Innovation implementations, upgrades, and enhancements, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams. The analyst will manage requirements end-to-end, from product and configuration changes to business user support and testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 functional troubleshooting for end-user issues that arise during the trade lifecycle.
• Analyze and resolve transactional errors, master data configuration mismatches, and failed workflows within the Finastra Trade Innovation (FTI) engine.
• Replicate production bugs in staging environments, documenting detailed steps, logs, and business impact before escalating to L3 developers or Finastra vendors.
• Acknowledge and resolve support tickets within defined Service Level Agreement (SLA) limits to minimize operational downtime.

Functional Support Focus

This role ensures the core platform operates smoothly by managing system workflows, resolving transactional blocks, and translating evolving trade policies into functional software updates. The analyst will play a critical part in maintaining the stability and efficiency of the Finastra Trade Innovation platform.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in functional support, particularly with Finastra Trade Innovation.
