Senior Oracle APEX Developer

About the Role

CrossTrove Talent Access is seeking a Senior Oracle APEX Developer for a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on developing and maintaining enterprise applications using Oracle APEX and Oracle Database technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications utilizing Oracle APEX.
• Create complex SQL and PL/SQL solutions and optimize database performance.
• Build and integrate REST APIs using Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS).
• Work with JSON/XML-based REST API integrations.
• Implement authentication mechanisms, including OAuth2, JWT, and SSO.
• Develop APEX applications using Collections, Dynamic Actions, Interactive Grid, and Interactive Reports.
• Develop client-side functionality using JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Implement Oracle Scheduler jobs and automated processes.
• Develop file upload and download functionality.
• Implement PDF generation using AOP, BI Publisher, or APEX Office Print.
• Integrate applications with email and SMS services.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of practical Oracle APEX development experience is required.
• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle APEX and Oracle Database development.
• Overall professional experience ranging from 5 to 10 years.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience within the insurance domain.
• Familiarity with Oracle Forms migration.
• Proficiency with Git.
• Experience with CI/CD practices.
• Knowledge of Docker.
• Experience with Linux environments.
• Familiarity with WebLogic.
