Role Overview

Parsons Corporation is seeking a Senior Reporting Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading PMO performance reporting, data visualization, and reporting governance. The manager will ensure senior stakeholders receive accurate and timely insights to facilitate informed decision-making and support a complex project on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the definition of PMO reporting requirements and the development of standard reporting templates and formats.
• Develop forms, templates, and tools to capture project and program status information.
• Coordinate the preparation and distribution of key weekly, monthly, and quarterly PMO reports.
• Assist in establishing and maintaining PMO reporting schedules and calendars.
• Support the design, implementation, and governance of the PMO performance reporting framework.
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of reporting analysts and engineers to ensure high-quality deliverables and ongoing professional development.
• Oversee the creation and delivery of PMO-level reports, dashboards, and performance insights for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Work closely with project controls, finance, risk, and delivery teams to ensure PMO reporting is integrated, consistent, and accurate.
• Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with strategic objectives and delivery milestones.
• Ensure reporting processes and outputs comply with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and recognized industry best practice.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in reporting management, data visualization, or PMO functions.

Work Environment and Type

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, supporting a complex project within the region.
