About Qiddiya and the Role

Qiddiya is seeking a Senior Specialist SuccessFactors Employee Central to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for a professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central projects.

Role Overview

The Senior Specialist SuccessFactors Employee Central will be responsible for leveraging expertise in Employee Central to support and enhance HR technology solutions. This role involves applying a deep understanding of system integrations and delivering effective solutions to meet business requirements within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply a strong understanding of Employee Central and its integration points with Employee Central Payroll and S4H.
• Provide achievable solutions for complex scenarios and develop workarounds for cases without a standard solution.
• Support the design and execution of complex projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Manage client expectations effectively throughout project lifecycles.
• Handle large-scale projects involving single or multiple products and complex environments.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation, support, and enhancement projects.
