The Role of Service Manager

Syarah is seeking a Service Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time position is responsible for the overall management of all aspects related to service and maintenance. The Service Manager ensures consistent customer satisfaction, quality control, performance improvement, and efficiency, while also achieving operational and financial results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of a service department.
• Oversee all aspects of customer satisfaction within the service department.
• Maintain accurate records for each repair performed by the service department.
• Provide leadership and support to team members to meet company goals.
• Manage employee productivity and staff training initiatives.
• Provide ongoing support to the service team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Service Manager position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in service and maintenance management. The role requires a professional capable of ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction within a service operation.
