Role Overview

Raissy Trading and Contracting Company is seeking a Site Manager Electrical (OHTL) to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves the comprehensive execution and management of Overhead Transmission Line (OHTL) projects. The successful candidate will ensure projects are completed safely, to high quality standards, and on schedule, in full compliance with Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) standards and specific project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all OHTL construction activities, from project mobilization through to final handover.
• Lead site teams and coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Supervise critical construction phases including foundation work, tower erection, conductor stringing, OPGW installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Ensure strict adherence to SEC standards, project specifications, quality control, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements.
• Prepare and review project schedules, progress reports, and resource planning documentation.
• Handle all SEC technical submissions, facilitate inspections, secure necessary approvals, and manage project close-out documentation.
• Coordinate approvals for materials, Work Inspection Requests (WIRs), Material Inspection Requests (MIRs), Requests for Information (RFIs), method statements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and as-built submissions.
• Resolve technical issues encountered on site and ensure the timely completion of all project phases.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 15 years of direct experience in Overhead Transmission Line (OHTL) projects, specifically involving 132kV, 230kV, and 380kV systems.
• Mandatory previous approval as a Site Manager by the Saudi Electricity Company (SEC).

Technical Expertise

• Strong knowledge of SEC standards, submission procedures, and approval processes relevant to OHTL projects.
• Proven practical experience in all aspects of OHTL construction, including testing, commissioning, and project handover procedures.

Essential Skills

• Demonstrated strong leadership capabilities to guide and motivate site teams effectively.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills for efficient project execution.
• Effective communication skills for clear interaction with all project stakeholders.
