The Role of Tender Officer

Consulum is seeking a Tender Officer to join its Tenders Management team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to the firm's participation in tender opportunities both within Saudi Arabia and internationally. The Tender Officer will contribute to various projects across different stages of the procurement process.

Key Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of government relations and tender management processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with client procurement teams, suppliers, and service providers to foster collaboration and influence decision-making.
• Proactively manage procurement portals globally, including supplier registrations, identifying suitable tender opportunities, and submitting tenders.
• Contribute to the company's commercial success by effectively managing proposals, tenders, and contracts within government relations and procurement activities.
• Support business development initiatives by identifying and communicating potential tender opportunities across government procurement portals to expand Consulum's market presence.

Role Activities

• Engage with government procurement portals to identify potential bidding opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare and submit competitive proposals.
• Manage tender documentation and ensure compliance with procurement regulations.

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is a full-time role within Consulum's Tenders Management team.
