REEF Group is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is critical for ensuring inventory accuracy, product safety, and efficient product availability across various sales channels and branches.

Role Overview

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive management of warehouse activities, ensuring adherence to approved policies and procedures. This includes overseeing all aspects from receiving to dispatch, maintaining high standards of operational efficiency, and managing inventory effectively to support the company's distribution network.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, issuing, transfers, and returns.
• Organize warehouse storage areas to ensure accessibility, safety, and efficient inventory handling.
• Monitor inbound shipments, verifying quantities and specifications against purchase orders.
• Supervise order preparation for branches, sales channels, and customers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Manage periodic and cycle inventory counts, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Planning, Distribution, and Procurement teams to address stock issues.
• Ensure implementation of safety and quality standards across all warehouse operations.
• Monitor damaged, slow-moving, and expired products, preparing necessary reports and recommendations.
• Develop and improve warehouse procedures, optimizing processes for receiving, storage, picking, and delivery.
• Monitor the accuracy and timeliness of inventory movements and transactions recorded in the system.
• Coordinate with Logistics and Distribution teams to align order readiness with loading and delivery schedules.
• Monitor warehouse team performance, assign responsibilities, and ensure compliance with productivity and quality standards.
• Analyze root causes of warehouse errors and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Coordinate with the Quality team for product inspections and non-conformance handling.
• Prepare periodic reports on inventory, productivity, stock counts, variances, and completed orders.
• Ensure warehouse operations comply with approved policies, procedures, and authority matrices.
• Support expansion plans and new branch openings by ensuring inventory and supply readiness.
• Supervise the warehouse team, evaluate performance, develop capabilities, and strengthen operational discipline.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in warehouse management.
• Proven ability to oversee and manage complex warehouse operations.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
