About the Account Manager Role

ARCO Human Resources is seeking an Account Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position designed for professionals with 0-1 years of experience who are ready to manage client relationships and ensure high service standards within a dynamic environment.

Role Purpose and Client Engagement

The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients, focusing on understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This role is central to maintaining client satisfaction and fostering strong, lasting partnerships for ARCO Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

Understand and address client needs effectively.
Lead and guide the audit team, providing clear direction.
Assign daily and weekly tasks, monitoring progress and performance indicators.
Train new employees and continuously work to improve team performance.
Coordinate HR and workforce solutions to meet client requirements.
Monitor service delivery to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
Resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Prepare comprehensive reports and track performance metrics.
Collaborate with internal teams, including recruitment, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
Identify opportunities to expand services and enhance client value.
Support contract renewals and manage client agreements.
Maintain accurate documentation and records for all client interactions and projects.
