About the Role

Mada Properties | KSA is seeking an Administrator to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on managing administrative tracking, coordination, and record-keeping for developer agreements and real estate project contracts. The role ensures efficient document workflows across all developer partnerships.

Role Summary

The Administrator will be responsible for the systematic handling of all documentation related to real estate developer agreements and project contracts. This includes maintaining accurate records and coordinating various stages of document processing to support sales and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, archive, and track master agreements, agency contracts, and commission structures with real estate developers and project owners.
Log and update unit reservations, client contracts, and property allocation documents within the administrative database.
Coordinate signatures, approvals, and contract distribution among developers, sales teams, and clients.
Maintain an organized tracking system for project contract statuses, milestones, and expiration/renewal dates.
Follow up on pending documentation and paperwork from developers to prevent administrative delays in sales closing processes.
