About the Role

RiDiK, a subsidiary of CLPS (Nasdaq: CLPS), is seeking a skilled AppDynamics APM Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position focuses on application performance monitoring and observability within enterprise environments.

Role Overview

The AppDynamics APM Specialist will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and managing Application Performance Monitoring solutions, with a primary focus on AppDynamics. This role involves ensuring optimal performance and availability of critical applications by leveraging observability tools and practices within large enterprise settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage AppDynamics APM solutions to monitor application performance.
• Analyze application architectures and web technologies to ensure comprehensive monitoring coverage.
• Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues for Java and .NET applications.
• Work within Linux and Windows environments to support monitoring infrastructure.
• Apply database basics for performance analysis and issue resolution.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Application Performance Monitoring (APM) or Observability.
• At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience with AppDynamics APM is mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience working in large enterprise environments is preferred.

Technical Skills and Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of application architectures, including Monolithic, Microservices, and Cloud-native.
• Proficiency in web technologies such as HTTP and REST APIs.
• Experience with monitoring Java and .NET applications.
• Familiarity with both Linux and Windows operating environments.
• Basic understanding of database concepts, including SQL, Oracle, and MySQL.

Location and Employment Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The salary for this role will be discussed during the interview process.
