About the Role

TXM Solutions is seeking an Assistant Manager – Consultative Sales to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves identifying business opportunities and managing the complete consultative sales cycle for rugged computing solutions. The position requires 2-5 years of experience and combines client engagement, technical pre-sales support, tender preparation, product demonstrations, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Identify suitable applications and sales opportunities for rugged computing solutions within assigned key accounts.
Engage with relevant stakeholders to understand operational and technical requirements.
Coordinate product trials and demonstrations to establish solution suitability.
Develop value-based proposals highlighting performance, reliability, and long-term cost benefits.
Work with clients’ finance, procurement, and commercial teams on quotations and negotiations.
Prepare technical and commercial tender submissions and compliance documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and project execution.
Manage product installation, training, demonstrations, and customer acceptance.
Follow up with the commercial department regarding documentation and timely payment collection.
Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and other management reports.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including assistance with technical requirements and basic troubleshooting.

Experience and Location

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with potential responsibilities extending to Dammam.
