The Role of B B Sales Specialist

The B B Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing the complete sales process, from handling initial client inquiries and qualifying leads to preparing detailed quotations and successfully closing deals. A core aspect of this role involves understanding client-specific needs, presenting appropriate solutions, ensuring consistent follow-up, and cultivating long-term business relationships with a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, agencies, malls, hotels, lounges, and event organizers.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads and client inquiries.
• Qualify opportunities and understand client requirements.
• Prepare quotations and commercial offers.
• Follow up with clients until closing.
• Coordinate with technical and project teams.
• Build long-term relationships with corporate clients, agencies, malls, hotels, lounges, and event organizers.
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Previous experience in B2B sales.
• Experience in events, AV, LED screens, advertising, fit-out, or corporate services is considered a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work with sales targets and pipeline tracking.
