Role Summary

The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages in accordance with established standards. This role requires maintaining a clean and organized workspace while ensuring a positive interaction with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, hot, and cold beverages following approved recipes and quality standards.
• Operate espresso machines and other coffee preparation equipment efficiently.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service.
• Maintain consistent beverage quality and presentation.
• Keep the work area and equipment clean and organized.
• Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages as needed.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Handle customer orders and process payments when required.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2 to 6 years of experience as a Barista.
• Good knowledge of various coffee types and preparation methods.
• Proficiency in using espresso machines and other coffee equipment.
• Mandatory: Good command of English.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality.
