About the Role

THA by Armonia is seeking a Bilingual Emcee / Event Host (Arabic and English) for a freelance, one-day booking in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves hosting an awards ceremony scheduled for November 10, 2026, where the Emcee will serve as the primary on-stage presence, guiding the audience and ensuring the smooth execution of the event.

Key Responsibilities

• Host the awards ceremony from beginning to end, setting the appropriate tone and maintaining audience engagement.
• Introduce speakers, VIPs, and various segments with clarity and confidence.
• Present awards and manage on-stage interactions with winners and presenters.

Preparation and Coordination

• Review the event script, running order, and speaker details in advance of the ceremony.
• Attend rehearsals and briefings with the client and the production team.
• Verify the correct pronunciation of names and titles, particularly for VIPs and senior guests.

Live Event Delivery

• Maintain the ceremony schedule and coordinate with the stage manager regarding cues and timings.
• Manage last-minute changes, delays, or technical issues calmly and professionally.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a confident and professional Emcee with prior experience hosting award ceremonies or high-profile events. Experience within Saudi Arabia or the GCC region is preferred.

Work Arrangement

This is a freelance position for a single event day in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
