About the Role

Kinetic Business Solutions is partnering with a leading pharmaceutical company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to recruit a Brand Manager. This full-time role involves developing and executing brand plans, driving product performance, and identifying market growth opportunities within an assigned portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement brand strategies and annual brand plans in alignment with business objectives.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, competitor activities, and sales performance to identify growth opportunities.
Formulate marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional initiatives based on market insights.
Lead marketing activities, including the development of promotional materials, campaigns, and educational programs.
Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure effective implementation of brand strategies and field activities.
Ensure all marketing activities adhere to SFDA requirements, company policies, and applicable industry codes.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
2–3 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in Brand/Product Management, with a focus on Consumer Health.
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing brand plans and marketing strategies.
Proven experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, and other business functions.
