About Mace and the Project

Mace is a global consultancy and construction company that integrates expertise to deliver complex projects. We are seeking a Broadcast/ICT professional to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is integral to one of the largest programs in Saudi Arabia, which encompasses a major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment venues, arts complexes, and all associated infrastructure.

Role Summary: Broadcast/ICT Lead

This role leads the delivery of digital services across client projects and programs. The position involves providing discipline leadership, people management, and strategic direction within the Broadcast/ICT domain. The successful candidate will drive excellence through the ownership and development of digital center of excellence initiatives, contributing to best practices, innovation, and continuous improvement across Mace.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct ICT governance, technical assurance, and design compliance across venues and infrastructure projects.
• Manage consultants, contractors, and vendors to deliver integrated, high-quality digital solutions.
• Oversee ICT implementation, testing, commissioning, and systems integration to ensure operational readiness.
• Drive successful handover and sustainable delivery, supporting Mace’s net zero carbon ambitions.
• Manage the delivery of digital strategies and solutions across projects and programs, ensuring client-focused outcomes.
• Provide technical leadership, governance, and oversight across multiple digital disciplines and project stages.
• Build, manage, and develop high-performing teams, fostering capability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Manage digital budgets, delivery performance, and center of excellence contributions, supporting Mace’s net zero ambitions.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A relevant degree in electrical engineering, IT, computer science, or a related discipline.
• Over 10 years of extensive experience delivering ICT infrastructure on complex programs.
• Industry certifications such as Cisco, Microsoft, or BICSI are required; chartership is desirable.
• Strong expertise in governance, systems integration, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to meet necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and possess relevant work experience on high-valued projects/programs for a project management consultancy business, as required for immigration and client approval.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a dynamic project environment focused on delivering large-scale digital solutions for a significant mixed-use development.
