About the Role

Jobs for Humanity is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on driving sustainable business growth through the identification of new opportunities, the establishment of strategic partnerships, and the management of a high-performing sales pipeline to achieve measurable revenue and market expansion.

Job Purpose

The primary objective of this role is to own the commercial growth agenda within Riyadh. This involves identifying and qualifying potential clients and partners, building and closing strategic partnerships, and managing the entire sales pipeline process to meet quarterly revenue and expansion targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
• Developing and closing strategic partnerships.
• Managing the end-to-end sales pipeline.
• Utilizing CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot for pipeline management.
• Conducting market and competitor analysis.
• Developing proposals and preparing contracts.
• Negotiating and closing deals.
• Managing stakeholder relationships.
• Communicating and presenting business development strategies and results.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, specifically Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Demonstrated experience in sales pipeline management.
• Competency in forecasting and reporting.
• Experience in proposal development and contract preparation.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
