About the Role

SPIMACO is seeking a Business Development Supervisor to join its subsidiary, ARAC, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading and supporting business development activities, identifying new opportunities, and expanding the client base to achieve sales and growth targets. The supervisor will also oversee the business development team, contribute to strategic planning, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support business development initiatives, focusing on identifying new opportunities and expanding the client base.
Achieve established sales and growth targets for the business unit.
Supervise and guide the business development team.
Develop and implement strategic plans to foster business growth.
Strengthen and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Analyze wellness market trends, consumer needs, competitor activity, and category performance to identify commercially viable growth opportunities.
Identify, approach, and develop strategic partnerships that support business growth and portfolio expansion.

Required Skills and Experience

A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in business development.
Demonstrated ability to identify, approach, and develop strategic partnerships.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to engage effectively with partners, clients, executives, and internal teams.
Proficiency in working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities effectively.
Capability to follow strategic direction and deliver high-quality work within tight timelines.

Partnership Management

The role requires a good understanding of the partnership agreement cycle. This includes opportunity assessment, term negotiation, internal review processes, approval coordination, documentation, and subsequent follow-up to ensure successful execution and ongoing collaboration.
