The Business Development Role

Mnzil is seeking a Business Development professional to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is tailored for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are keen to develop a foundational understanding of business development within a dynamic, high-growth startup environment. The successful candidate will provide essential support to the Business Development team, gaining direct, practical exposure to the processes involved in establishing and nurturing deals and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research on potential clients, partners, and market opportunities.
• Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate lead information.
• Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and reports for business development initiatives.
• Assist with initial outreach to prospective clients and partners through email and phone communications.
• Document meeting notes and follow up on assigned action items from Business Development meetings.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
