About Kader Production

Role Overview

The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities and partnerships. This full-time position involves driving sales initiatives, building client relationships, and supporting the overall business development strategy of Kader Production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new clients and strategic partnerships for the company.
  • Conduct market research to identify and assess potential business opportunities.
  • Prepare proposals, support negotiation processes, and facilitate the closing of deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, collaborating effectively with internal teams.
  • Contribute to sales growth and various business development initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 0-1 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Experience within the media or production industry is considered a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build robust relationships and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
