The Opportunity: Divisional Product Development Manager (Premier Foods)

Almarai is seeking a Divisional Product Development Manager (Premier Foods) to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves leading the end-to-end development of new products and enhancing existing product lines within the Premier Foods division. The position requires a professional with over 10 years of experience in product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the complete product development lifecycle from concept to commercialization.
• Ensure all product development projects meet high standards for quality, innovation, and commercial viability.
• Develop innovative formulations and explore new ingredients and technologies.
• Ensure all products adhere to Almarai’s quality, safety, and excellence standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Supply Planning, Sales, and Marketing to facilitate efficient market entry for new products.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in product development.
• Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives and optimize processes within a food manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of delivering quality, innovative, and commercially successful products.
