The Opportunity

Almarai is seeking a Divisional Product Development Manager (Premier Foods) to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is part of an ongoing expansion program and new vertical market acquisitions, offering an opportunity within a multinational team focused on growth initiatives.

Role Overview

The Divisional Product Development Manager will be responsible for leading the complete product development lifecycle, from initial concept to commercialization, and for enhancing existing product lines. This role ensures that all projects adhere to high standards of quality, innovation, and commercial viability.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new product development processes from concept generation through to commercial launch.
• Develop innovative product formulations.
• Research and evaluate new ingredients and technologies for product application.
• Ensure all developed products meet Almarai’s quality, safety, and excellence standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Supply Planning, Sales, and Marketing, to facilitate efficient and effective market introduction of new product concepts.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in product development.
• Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives and optimize processes within a food manufacturing environment.
