The Role of Personnel Manager

Almarai is seeking a Personnel Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves managing and achieving HR objectives in alignment with local regulations and the Group Personnel Policies and Procedures. The Personnel Manager will also provide essential support to the personnel and administrative functions within the Division.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and ensure the achievement of HR objectives.
Ensure compliance with relevant local regulations in all personnel matters.
Adhere to Group Personnel Policies and Procedures.
Provide support for personnel functions within the Division.
Provide support for administrative functions within the Division.

Required Experience

A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience is required for this position.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role operates within Almarai’s established framework, supporting a large and integrated food and beverage manufacturing and distribution environment.
