About the Role: Sales Supervisor II

Almarai is seeking a Sales Supervisor II (Sales) to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role is focused on achieving the company's growth objectives by optimizing sales and distribution of Almarai Bakery products within a designated area. The successful candidate will lead a team of salesmen, ensuring adherence to operational policies and procedures while maintaining high sales and merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize sales and distribution of Almarai Bakery products within the assigned area.
• Ensure strict adherence to company operational policies and procedures.
• Maintain the highest sales and merchandising standards.
• Provide strong leadership to a team of salesmen.

Qualifications and Experience

• College Diploma.
• 2-5 years of sales experience in a supervisory role within a van sales environment, preferably in the FMCG business.
• Knowledge of sales operations in an FMCG environment.
• Valid driving license.

• Highly skilled in reporting, communication, and MS Office.
• Basic written and spoken English.
