About Excellence Pro

Excellence Pro is an integrated Saudi platform designed to support executive leaders in managing the corporate excellence cycle, from strategic mapping to performance measurement and improvement. The platform aligns with Saudi Vision 2030, the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and established institutional excellence frameworks. It consolidates strategy, key performance indicators, self-assessment, improvement projects, award nominations, and ESG sustainability reporting into a unified decision-making system. Excellence Pro aims to transform disparate efforts into a cohesive excellence journey, empowering boards and executive teams to achieve sustainable organizational performance within Saudi Arabia and beyond.

Role Summary

Excellence Pro is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide overall strategic leadership. This role involves setting the company's vision, guiding long-term growth, and ensuring alignment with Saudi Vision 2030 and relevant excellence frameworks. The CEO will oversee core business functions and ensure the platform continues to meet the needs of executive leaders and institutional clients. This is a part-time, hybrid role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with flexibility for some remote work.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and define the company's vision and long-term growth trajectory.
Ensure the platform's strategic alignment with Saudi Vision 2030 and leading institutional excellence frameworks.
Oversee core business functions, including finance, operations, business development, and partnerships.
Collaborate with the board, senior leadership, and key stakeholders to establish priorities and monitor performance.
Drive continuous improvement across all products and services offered by Excellence Pro.
Represent Excellence Pro in strategic forums and develop high-level relationships.
Uphold a culture of innovation, integrity, and excellence within the organization.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in executive leadership roles.
Demonstrated ability to set strategic vision and guide organizational growth.
Experience in overseeing diverse business functions, including finance and operations.
Proven capability to collaborate with boards and senior leadership.

Work Arrangement

This is a part-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role offers a hybrid work model, allowing for some work from home as business needs permit.
