The Role: Civil Sr Manager

AECOM is seeking a Civil Sr Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position that involves overseeing and coordinating engineering production activities within an operating unit. The role requires demonstrated understanding of project delivery requirements and the ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Support, oversee, and coordinate engineering production activities for an operating unit.
• Make decisions and recommendations that are recognized as authoritative within the organization.
• Initiate and maintain contact with senior-level management within the company.
• Demonstrate skill in dispute resolution and negotiation of critical issues.
• Apply creativity and foresight to meet project goals and ensure technical excellence.
• Exercise mature judgment in anticipating and solving both routine and unusual operational problems.
• Determine operational objectives and requirements, organize programs and projects, and develop standards and guides for diverse engineering activities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Proven understanding of project delivery requirements.
• Experience working effectively with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Ability to operate with administrative supervision, receiving assignments in terms of broad general objectives and limits.
