DeepSource Technologies is seeking a Cloud Administrator (Azure) to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves managing and supporting cloud infrastructure, primarily within Azure environments, and providing essential infrastructure and network administration.

Role Overview

The Cloud Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, security, and performance of cloud infrastructure. This role requires hands-on experience with cloud platforms and a focus on maintaining robust and efficient systems. Experience with Fortinet solutions is also a key aspect of this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and maintain Azure and/or Alibaba Cloud environments.
• Manage cloud resources, including virtual machines, storage, networking, backups, and security configurations.
• Support cloud infrastructure deployments, upgrades, and migrations.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity, and proactively address issues.
• Troubleshoot cloud, server, network, and connectivity issues.
• Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and related infrastructure services.
• Configure and support VPN connectivity and network security controls.
• Assist in the administration of FortiGate firewalls and FortiSwitch infrastructure.
• Implement and maintain cloud security best practices and compliance requirements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure service reliability and performance.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in cloud administration and infrastructure support.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and/or Alibaba Cloud.
• Experience managing virtual machines, networking, storage, backups, and cloud security services.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

• Good understanding of Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization technologies.
• Basic networking knowledge including TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, routing, and switching.
• Experience with Fortinet solutions, particularly FortiGate firewalls and/or FortiSwitches.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
