The Role of Collections Officer

Raya Financing Company is seeking a Collections Officer to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to managing client accounts, focusing on debt recovery, negotiating payment plans, and ensuring prompt settlement of outstanding balances. The officer will also be responsible for initiating legal proceedings when payments are not secured.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review the company's debtor list regularly.
  • Contact customers to inform them of overdue bills.
  • Advise customers on available payment options and suggest suitable payment methods.
  • Negotiate appropriate payment plans with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer payments.
  • Issue final notice warnings to customers regarding non-payment.
  • Initiate legal action when customers fail to settle their debts.
  • Respond to customer queries related to their accounts.
  • Liaise with lawyers and insurance agencies to facilitate payment processes.
