Commercial Manager (Pre-Opening)

Hilton is seeking a Commercial Manager (Pre-Opening) to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is responsible for establishing and executing commercial strategies for a new property, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market positioning.

Role Overview and Strategic Focus

The Commercial Manager will lead the development and implementation of integrated commercial strategies across various revenue streams, including Group, Conference, and Events (GCE), Rooms, Food and Beverage, Leisure, and Spa. This position focuses on driving top-line performance and market share growth for the pre-opening phase and beyond, working closely with General Managers and Finance to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated commercial strategies across all revenue streams to drive performance and market share.
• Collaborate with General Managers and Finance to ensure commercial decisions support revenue goals and optimize cost of sales.
• Oversee revenue management practices, including pricing, rate strategies, demand forecasting, and business reviews.
• Coordinate on-property and regional sales, marketing, eCommerce, and public relations activities to support brand positioning.
• Monitor market trends, assess the competitive landscape, and adjust commercial strategies as needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, operators, Hilton corporate teams, and external partners to foster long-term commercial value.
• Drive team engagement and retention through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs.
