About the Opportunity

Mohammad Al Habib Real Estate (شركة محمد الحبيب العقارية) is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the execution of a landmark high-rise development in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Role Overview

The Construction Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive oversight of construction operations for significant high-rise towers and large-scale mixed-use or residential developments. This position requires a proven ability to manage complex projects from inception through completion, ensuring adherence to all project parameters and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction operations across all disciplines (civil, electrical, mechanical, architectural) on site.
• Manage and coordinate Senior and Junior discipline engineers, ensuring works are executed per approved drawings, schedule, budget, and quality/safety standards.
• Act as the primary interface between the Project Director and the site engineering teams, escalating critical issues and decisions as required.
• Plan and allocate manpower, equipment, and resources across work fronts to meet the project schedule.
• Monitor construction progress against the master schedule and drive corrective actions for delays or underperformance.
• Ensure formal site work inspections are carried out at all required construction stages prior to sign-off and progression.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary work sequencing and resolve site-level conflicts between disciplines.
• Oversee direct labor crews and/or subcontractors engaged in construction works, ensuring productivity and workmanship standards are met.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and quality/safety teams to ensure smooth execution of construction activities.
• Report construction progress, risks, and issues to the Project Director on a regular basis.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in construction management.
• Extensive experience in the construction of high-rise towers and large-scale mixed-use or residential developments is essential.
