About the Role

Gallup is seeking a Consultant, Research and Analytics to join its Global Analytics division in Riyadh. This full-time position involves transforming how leaders effect change through rigorous, data-driven analytics. The role requires a commitment to intellectual curiosity and the highest standards of data integrity.

Role Context and Responsibilities

In this role, you will collaborate with consultants, researchers, and clients to help global leaders understand complex social and policy issues and make informed decisions. You will develop hypotheses, analyze complex datasets, and produce precise, defensible analytics to address critical research questions. Gallup conducts widely cited global research on topics such as world happiness, financial inclusion, and modern slavery, supporting governments and organizations that rely on high-quality data.

• Partner with consultants and clients to understand research objectives, formulate questions, and translate analytic goals into rigorous approaches.
• Conduct in-depth quantitative analysis, including data validation, cross-tabulation, modeling, and exploratory analysis, with a focus on accuracy and detail.
• Analyze datasets to test hypotheses, explore secondary data integration, and identify patterns relevant to client research questions.
• Prepare clear documentation of analytic workflows and data sources for auditability.
• Produce clear analytic outputs that support consultants in developing compelling narratives and client deliverables.
• Support client engagements and prospect meetings by contributing analytical perspectives.
• Uphold Gallup’s standards for data integrity, ensuring all outputs are precise, defensible, and reliable.
• Continuously enhance analytic capabilities by applying new methods and technologies to research challenges.

Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Saudi National required.
• Minimum of two years of professional experience in quantitative research methods, statistics, math, economics, or a similar quantitative discipline.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with complex survey data, including data validation, statistical analysis, and supporting insight development.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL.
• Full fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Client-facing experience is preferred.
