About Oracle and the Consulting Solution Manager Role

Oracle is seeking a Consulting Solution Manager to join its Utilities Consulting Practice. This full-time, senior-level position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires 5-10 years of relevant experience. The role focuses on leveraging Oracle products and technology to address complex customer business needs within the utilities sector.

Role Purpose and Scope

As a recognized authority and leading contributor within the Utilities Consulting Practice, the Consulting Solution Manager possesses a broad understanding of Utilities solutions, industry best practices, and multiple business processes or technology designs across various product and technology families. This role involves direct collaboration with Consulting Delivery to analyze customer business needs and deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Exercise judgment and business acumen to select appropriate methods and techniques for designing non-routine and complex business solutions using Oracle products and technology.
• Understand Utilities business processes and regulatory requirements, analyze existing landscapes, and recommend beneficial solutions and designs for customer organizations and users.
• Contribute to the development of statements of work, work breakdown structures, level of effort estimations, and staff plans.
• Present and demonstrate proposed solutions to customers.
• Build and maintain a professional network and stay current with specific industry or product knowledge.
• Transition product knowledge effectively to customer users.
• Lead the domain-specific solution design aspects of engagements, ensuring high-quality and integrated business solutions.
• Anticipate project risks and propose mitigation strategies to the project manager.
• Resolve complex customer issues by recommending appropriate solutions.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a relevant consulting or solution management role.
• Demonstrated career level equivalent to IC4.
• Proven expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families, or the ability to architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products.

Skills and Expertise

• Strong understanding of Utilities solutions, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in designing complex business solutions using Oracle products and technology.
• Ability to analyze existing landscapes and recommend strategic solutions.
• Effective communication and presentation skills for demonstrating solutions to customers.
• Capability to lead solution design aspects and manage project risks.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, operating within Oracle's Utilities Consulting Practice. The role involves working directly with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality consulting services.
