About the Role

MBC GROUP is seeking a Content Operation Coordinator to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, offering an opportunity to contribute to the operational efficiency of content delivery within a leading media organization.

Role Purpose

The Content Operation Coordinator supports the seamless execution of content workflows by facilitating communication, optimizing processes, and managing essential data. This role is central to ensuring effective coordination between technical and content teams, contributing to the timely and compliant delivery of media content.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with liaison tasks to ensure smooth communication and coordination between technical teams and content operations.
Support workflow optimization efforts to improve and refine operational processes, aiding the team in meeting creative and business goals.
Prepare and submit detailed weekly reports to the line manager, including titles pending board approval, recently approved titles with projected/actual ROI, and outstanding titles with clearly defined next steps.
Help prioritize incoming tasks and requests to ensure efficient processing within the team.
Assist with system updates by tracking and reporting minor system adjustments necessary for content delivery and compliance.
Support data collection and reporting related to various content lifecycle stages, such as script development, production, release, and post-mortem analysis.
Collaborate cross-functionally with team members and other departments to understand challenges and provide coordination support.
Help manage Content Committees by assisting in the preparation of materials for the Creative Reading Committee and Screening Committee, organizing screening sessions, and gathering feedback.
Support content assessment by gathering necessary information and compiling feedback for content proposals, presentations, and scripts.
Assist in market research by maintaining databases of industry stakeholders and monitoring regional TV series production updates.
Support Viewing Committee Members’ contracts and payments by assisting in their management, ensuring timely processing and accurate record-keeping.
Provide general team support for task tracking and issue resolution to ensure content operations are delivered effectively and on time.

Required Experience and Skills

0-1 years of professional experience in a related field.
Demonstrated ability to assist with coordination and administrative tasks.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for reporting and data management.
Effective communication skills for inter-departmental collaboration.
Capability to support process improvements and task prioritization.
