Nice One (نايس ون) is seeking a Content Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on creating and managing content for mobile applications and digital platforms.

Role Summary

The Content Specialist will be responsible for creating, editing, organizing, publishing, and maintaining engaging content for mobile applications and related digital platforms. This role requires strong writing and editing skills, experience in content management, attention to detail, knowledge of user experience principles, and the ability to collaborate with various cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and adapt content for mobile app screens, onboarding flows, notifications, in-app messages, help content, and promotional experiences.
• Create, update, organize, and publish app content using approved content management systems and digital platforms.
• Support app content strategies aligned with brand standards, product goals, user needs, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop microcopy for user interface elements such as buttons, labels, menus, forms, and error messages.
• Review content for grammar, spelling, clarity, tone, consistency, accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with editorial guidelines.
• Maintain accurate and current app content, including product information, service details, pricing, promotions, and FAQs.
• Create and coordinate push notifications, banners, alerts, and in-app messages to encourage engagement.
• Develop app content for product launches, seasonal promotions, marketing campaigns, and feature releases.
• Coordinate content localization, translation, and regional adaptation for different markets and languages.
• Review content in staging and production environments, verify links and formatting, and support app content testing.
• Prepare and maintain app store descriptions, release notes, screenshots, and keywords.
• Apply content SEO and app store optimization principles to improve content visibility and user engagement.
• Create content that supports accessibility best practices, inclusive language, and readability.
• Collaborate with Product, UX/UI Design, Marketing, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Customer Support teams.
• Follow content standards, approval workflows, publishing procedures, and brand guidelines.
• Monitor content engagement, conversion, and other relevant metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Utilize user feedback, analytics, usability research, and A/B testing to improve app content.
• Maintain content inventories, editorial guidelines, release documentation, and content calendars.
