Corporate Sales & Services Officer

About the Role

Bank of Jordan - KSA Branch is seeking a Corporate Sales & Services Officer to join its Corporate Banking team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves providing high-quality banking services to corporate clients, supporting their banking needs, and strengthening client relationships. The successful candidate will also be responsible for promoting the Bank's products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day banking services and support to corporate clients.
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of service requests.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate customers.
• Promote the Bank's products and services and identify business opportunities.
• Support account opening, account maintenance, and customer documentation processes.
• Process corporate banking requests, including transfers, salary files, and banking instructions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Encourage clients to utilize the Bank's digital banking channels.
• Conduct client visits when required.
• Ensure compliance with the Bank's policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking, with a preference for Corporate Banking or Corporate Customer Service.
• Good knowledge of corporate banking products and services.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Good command of English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position within the Corporate Banking team at Bank of Jordan's KSA Branch in Riyadh. The role requires interaction with corporate clients and internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
