About the Creative Director Role

VOZ production is seeking a Creative Director to lead and oversee the development of innovative concepts and creative executions across music, branding, content, and multimedia projects. This role is based in Riyadh and is a full-time position. The Creative Director will be responsible for translating ideas into impactful creative experiences, leading cross-functional teams, and maintaining high standards of quality and originality.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Creative Director will be instrumental in shaping the creative vision and direction for projects and campaigns. This involves developing concepts and creative strategies that align with client objectives. The role requires effective management and mentorship of creative teams and external collaborators, ensuring consistency and excellence across all creative outputs. Close collaboration with clients, producers, and project managers is essential, as is staying updated with industry trends and emerging creative practices.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Design, Media, Music, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative leadership role is required. A strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence and strategic thinking is essential. Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills are necessary for this position.

Skills and Capabilities

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in branding, content production, advertising, or the creative industry is highly preferred.
