About the Role

Bahri is seeking a Culture & Engagement Sr. Analyst to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves supporting the development and implementation of strategies and initiatives aimed at fostering a positive organizational culture and enhancing employee engagement. The role is crucial in aligning these efforts with the company’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of the company’s culture transformation strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.
  • Analyze culture assessment data to provide insights for targeted interventions and initiatives.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to integrate culture-related initiatives into organizational practices and embed core company values into daily operations.
  • Implement employee engagement programs to improve morale, retention, and productivity.
  • Develop and analyze engagement and pulse surveys, and other feedback mechanisms to assess employee sentiment.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance the employee experience.
  • Develop and coordinate internal communications for engagement and culture initiatives, including campaigns, workshops, and events.
  • Support the design and execution of culture-related branding activities in collaboration with the Communications team.
  • Develop and implement training and awareness programs to enhance understanding of organizational culture.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of culture and engagement initiatives using defined KPIs and analytics.
  • Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for management on initiative progress and impact.
  • Conduct benchmarking of best practices in organizational culture and engagement to support continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to align culture and engagement activities with employee lifecycle touchpoints.
  • Identify and evaluate tools and methods to enhance employee engagement and organizational culture.
  • Support the integration of engagement initiatives into broader HR programs with the Employee Experience team.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in culture transformation, employee engagement, project management, or organizational development roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI and Excel.
  • Knowledge of employee engagement platforms and methodologies.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
