About the Role

Ericsson is seeking a Customer Project Manager (CPM) to lead assigned customer projects. This full-time role is based in Riyadh and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. The primary objective is to ensure project goals are met, customer expectations are fulfilled, and customer relations are managed effectively within the contract scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish the project plan baseline, including defining project scope, securing necessary resources, and planning and supervising all activities.
• Drive project execution by tracking activities, supervising, and handling changes, conflicts, and critical issues.
• Manage project finances, ensuring financial system monitoring and actively seeking to improve top and bottom lines.
• Handle customer and partner engagement, building confidence and trust, and ensuring project progress.
• Secure delivery compliance with both contractual and business case requirements.
• Mentor the project team and support their professional growth.
• Identify and drive add-on-sales opportunities.
• Drive improvement activities related to risk assessments and risk management.
• Collaborate with the account team during presales, taking responsibility for contract execution strategy, cost estimations, and time and resource planning.
• Participate in contract preparation and pre-sales meeting planning to develop business opportunities.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in project management or a related field, demonstrating a proven ability to lead and manage complex customer projects.
