About the Role

Imploy is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves managing maintenance requests, tracking their progress, and providing support in line with approved policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, register, and accurately document all incoming maintenance requests.
• Forward requests to the appropriate department or team for necessary action.
• Monitor and follow up on maintenance requests from initiation through to completion and closure.
• Provide consistent support and timely updates to customers throughout the service process.
• Ensure all requests are processed and handled in strict adherence to approved policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role is required.
• Previous experience in receiving and following up on maintenance requests is preferred.
• Candidates should possess 0-1 years of overall professional experience.

Required Skills

• Strong patience and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient follow-up skills to ensure timely resolution of requests.
