Role Overview

PepsiCo is seeking a Delivery Admin to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is responsible for managing the driver team to ensure efficient stock delivery and accurate accountability. The Delivery Admin plays a key role in maintaining customer relationships and operational efficiency within the delivery process.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the drivers team to ensure timely delivery of stocks.
Maintain accurate accountability for delivered stocks.
Deliver stocks to customers as promptly as possible.
Cultivate positive relationships with customers.
Adhere to acknowledgement procedures, including obtaining customer stamps and signatures on invoices.
Submit invoices back to the warehouse on the same day or the following day.
Prepare comprehensive delivery reports.
Ensure delivery vans are maintained in proper working condition.
