About RiDiK and the DevOps Engineer Role

RiDiK, a global technology solutions provider and a subsidiary of CLPS Incorporation (NASDAQ: CLPS), is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position supports clients across banking, wealth management, and e-commerce sectors, leveraging deep expertise in AI, cloud, big data, and blockchain to drive digital transformation and sustainable growth.

Role Purpose

The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for the administration of Azure DevOps and the development of production-grade YAML pipelines. This role involves implementing robust infrastructure as code solutions, managing source control, and ensuring deployment automation within hybrid environments. The successful candidate will integrate various enterprise identity, security, ITSM, and monitoring tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer Azure DevOps and develop production-grade YAML pipelines.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions and manage source control.
• Design and execute automated testing and deployment processes.
• Support hybrid environments and integrate with enterprise identity, security, ITSM, and monitoring tools.
• Troubleshoot issues across application, pipeline, platform, and network layers to ensure system observability.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, platform engineering, or release engineering.
• Experience within an enterprise or regulated-sector environment is preferred.

Required Technical Competencies

• Azure DevOps Services/Server: Proficiency with Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts, Boards, Test Plans, agents, service connections, policies, RBAC, and auditing.
• Version Control: Experience with Git, pull-request workflows, branching strategies, semantic versioning, artifact lifecycle, and dependency management.
• Infrastructure as Code & Scripting: Hands-on experience with Terraform and/or Bicep; PowerShell, Bash, Azure CLI, REST APIs, and JSON/YAML.
• Azure Foundations: Knowledge of Subscriptions, resource groups, Entra ID, networking, Key Vault, Azure Monitor, Policy, and managed identities.
• Containers and Orchestration: Experience with Docker plus Kubernetes, AKS, or OpenShift; Helm and GitOps knowledge is preferred.
• DevSecOps: Familiarity with tooling and concepts including code quality, vulnerability scanning, secrets management, software supply-chain security, and SBOM.
