About the Role

PROVEN is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist for a full-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, demand generation, and lead acquisition for software solutions. The specialist will collaborate closely with sales, product, and technical teams to maximize campaign performance, generate qualified leads, and strengthen the company’s digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
• Drive qualified lead generation through AI-powered tools, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.
• Develop engaging marketing content and campaign assets in collaboration with product, sales, and technical teams.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement data-driven improvements to maximize ROI.
• Manage and enhance the company's digital presence, ensuring consistent branding across all online platforms.
• Execute demand generation and lead nurturing campaigns to support business growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and product launches.
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the IT, technology, or AI industries.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
• Experience supporting B2B and B2C marketing strategies for technology products and services.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms such as HubSpot and Google Analytics.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid advertising, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
