About the Role

Tahaluf is seeking a Digital Operations Support Role to provide hands-on assistance during a period of increased delivery workload. This is a contract position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with an ideal start date at the end of October. The role is a 6-month assignment, with potential for extension, focused on execution and delivery support for digital platforms used across various events.

Role Overview

The Digital Operations Support Role will assist with the planning, setup, configuration, testing, and day-to-day delivery of digital platforms. This includes ensuring that attendee, exhibitor, speaker, and organizer experiences are accurately set up and delivered smoothly. The role involves close collaboration with internal show teams and external suppliers, coordinating inputs and timelines, completing platform configuration and quality checks, and providing user support.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end setup, configuration, and delivery of digital event platforms, including attendee-facing applications, content and session-management tools, and exhibitor solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect and validate necessary information, content, data, and requirements for accurate and timely platform configuration.
• Serve as a day-to-day delivery contact for show teams, providing progress updates, following up on outstanding inputs, and resolving routine platform or configuration issues.
• Coordinate with relevant business teams and technology suppliers to ensure platform setup and deliverables align with event requirements and agreed timelines.
• Support internal users, speakers, exhibitors, and other stakeholders in understanding and navigating digital platforms, including onboarding, user guidance, and basic troubleshooting.
• Conduct functional checks and user-journey testing to ensure platform configuration, content, data, permissions, and key features operate as expected before launch.
• Support issue tracking, follow-up, and readiness checks in line with agreed delivery standards and event timelines.
• Assist with the collection of basic usage, delivery, and platform performance information.
• Capture recurring issues, lessons learned, and improvement opportunities for future events.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in digital operations or event technology support.
• Demonstrated ability to provide hands-on support for digital platforms.
• Experience coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Proficiency in platform configuration, quality checks, and user support.

Work Environment

This is a contract role based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The position requires working closely with the Digital Operations team to manage multiple events and platform workstreams during busy delivery periods.
