Role Overview

The Director - Infrastructure Assets Management will contribute to the long-term performance of major infrastructure assets within a complex real estate environment. This role involves shaping how critical services are planned, activated, and sustained over time. The Director will provide leadership across infrastructure asset management, focusing on operational readiness, service assurance, portfolio performance, and commercial value realization. This position requires collaboration with a broad range of stakeholders to align operational priorities, support effective handovers, and ensure infrastructure assets deliver reliable service and long-term value.

Key Responsibilities

• Input operational requirements for infrastructure assets into stage gates to ensure readiness, service needs, and handover considerations are captured.
• Oversee portfolio-level service quality across infrastructure assets to ensure service assurance, reliable operations, and alignment with agreed standards.
• Support infrastructure asset lifecycle planning from an operational perspective, including maintenance priorities, renewal requirements, handover planning, and performance insights.
• Lead commercial activation of infrastructure assets, including leasing, commercial arrangements, joint ventures and partnerships, service charge, cost recovery, and invoicing inputs in coordination with Finance & Controls.
• Develop infrastructure asset portfolio performance insights and optimization recommendations to enhance service delivery, asset performance, and long-term value realization.
• Coordinate with City Assets O&M, operators, FM providers, Finance & Controls, and relevant stakeholders to align portfolio priorities and service requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in infrastructure asset management or a related field.
• Eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a dynamic environment focused on large-scale development projects.
