About the Role

Career Executive 赛睿人力资源 is seeking a Director R&D Site Lead to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional with over 10 years of experience to lead the strategy, execution, and growth of the R&D site in Saudi Arabia, aligning with global CTO technology priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the strategy, execution, and growth of the KSA R&D site, ensuring alignment with global CTO technology priorities.
Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance on advanced technologies, including AI/ML applications, autonomous robotics, intelligent manufacturing, and Industry solutions.
Translate emerging technologies and research outcomes into scalable, measurable business-oriented R&D initiatives.
Build, lead, and cultivate a high-performance local R&D team, fostering an innovative, rigorous, and accountable team culture.
Operate independently with strong judgment to make strategic decisions under complex and ambiguous business scenarios.
Act as a senior technical representative to engage with government institutions, universities, research institutes, and industrial partners within the Saudi innovation ecosystem.
Develop strategic partnerships aligned with technology innovation and digital transformation priorities.
Serve as the company’s key advocate for AI technology application and industrial promotion in the Middle East market.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage R&D initiatives and teams.
Strong technical background in advanced technologies such as AI/ML, autonomous robotics, intelligent manufacturing, and Industry *
Experience in strategic decision-making within complex business environments.
