About the Role

Ninja 🥷🏽 is seeking a Dispatch Agent to join our full-time operations team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This role is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are prepared to contribute to fast-paced last-mile delivery services.

Role Purpose

The Dispatch Agent is responsible for coordinating and monitoring delivery orders throughout their lifecycle, from initial pickup to final customer delivery. This position ensures efficient dispatching, facilitates timely deliveries, and is critical in the quick resolution of any operational issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch orders to delivery partners with efficiency.
• Monitor active deliveries to ensure orders are completed within the expected timeframe.
• Communicate effectively with delivery partners and internal teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Track order statuses and take immediate action on delayed, cancelled, or problematic orders.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate critical cases when required.
• Follow up on delivery performance to ensure service-level targets are consistently met.
• Maintain accurate dispatch and delivery records.
• Support daily operations and contribute to efforts aimed at improving delivery efficiency and customer experience.

Candidate Profile

• 0-3 years of professional experience, ideally within a logistics or dispatch-related field.
• Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, time-sensitive operational environment.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends, as operational demands require.
