About the Role

Riymar is seeking a Draftsman to join our team in Riyadh, specifically in the Al Quds area. This full-time position involves preparing and developing architectural drawings and plans, ensuring they align with project requirements and approved designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop architectural drawings and plans in line with project requirements and approved designs.
• Create detailed and construction-ready architectural drawings of various types.
• Translate ideas, designs, and requirements into executable engineering drawings.
• Review drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with engineering standards and project requirements.
• Update drawings based on required changes and revisions during project phases.
• Coordinate between architectural drawings and other engineering disciplines, including understanding and handling MEP drawings.
• Organize and maintain drawing files and version control.
• Coordinate with engineers, designers, and the project development team.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant drafting role.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare detailed architectural drawings for construction.
• Proficiency in translating design concepts into technical drawings.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of architectural drawing principles and engineering standards.
• Ability to review and ensure accuracy and compliance of drawings.
• Experience with MEP drawings and coordination across engineering disciplines.
• Organizational skills for managing drawing files and version control.
• Effective communication and coordination skills for working with project teams.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based at Riymar's office in Al Quds, Riyadh. The role requires collaboration with engineers, designers, and the broader project development team.
