Instructional Design and Delivery

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that align with the school's curriculum.
• Differentiate instruction effectively to meet the diverse learning needs of all students.
• Foster the development of critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills among students.
• Utilize educational technology to enhance teaching methodologies and student learning outcomes.

Student Progress and Engagement

• Assess, monitor, and report student progress regularly, providing timely feedback.
• Maintain accurate student records and comprehensive assessment data.
• Build positive and constructive relationships with students and their parents.
• Actively participate in parent-teacher conferences to discuss student development.

Classroom Environment and Collaboration

• Maintain effective classroom management practices to ensure a positive and productive learning environment.
• Collaborate with grade-level and specialist teachers to ensure cohesive educational delivery.
• Participate in curriculum planning and ongoing professional development activities.
• Supervise students during the school day and during school-related activities as required.

Adherence to School Standards

• Participate in school events and extracurricular activities, contributing to the school community.
• Comply with all school policies, Ministry of Education regulations, child safeguarding protocols, and health and safety requirements.
